Welcome to AV engineering, where for over 35 years we have specialized in the custom manufacturing of precision bolts, liner bolts, studs and foundation bolts as well as forging and general CNC works and repairs, and have been at the forefront of innovative design in the mining and commercial sector.

We focus on precision engineering in the CNC Turning and Milling Industry.
We are able to offer our clients the unique ability of customizing products from samples or drawings – whatever your needs may be, from small singular precision made items to large volume based quantities.

It is these values together with our continued focus in growing the industry, that we have successfully opened a more than 500m² workshop in Nuffield, Springs, AV Engineering was opened by Mrs Samaras more than 35 years ago and his clients have benefited from his high standard of excellence in the Engineering field.

Our material capabilities vary from mild steels to tougher steels including stainless steel, copper, aluminum, brass, alloys and many more assorted materials. We do all machining to a tolerance within microns. We offer our clients high quality products at attractive and competitive rates. A stringent process is undertaken on all our work ensuring that strict quality control standards and procedures are adhered to at all times. Non-destructive tests can be performed and certificates are provided on request.

Our understanding for the fast development of new ideas and products means that we are able to provide prompt turnaround times on prototype work thus ensuring that you not only get good service but a product to your satisfaction. We are dedicated to service and excellent turnaround times and have the manpower to work 24 hour days, six days a week to ensure you have the product on time, no matter the quantity of your order.
